Introduction
ConsultAIConnect (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates consultaiconnect.com and provides AI agent and automation services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to our own business communications. It does not govern the separate systems we build and operate on behalf of our clients — see “Client data” below.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, industry and anything else you submit through our contact form, our booking form, or send to us by email or telephone, together with notes we take during a strategy call.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, gathered through standard web analytics.
Scheduling information. When you book a strategy call, the details you supply during booking together with the appointment time and your timezone.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries; to schedule, confirm and send reminders about strategy calls; to prepare for and follow up on those calls; to provide and support services under an agreement with a client; to send business communications about our services where we have a lawful basis to do so; to maintain and improve this website; to detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and to comply with our legal obligations.

Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; your consent, where required, including for non-essential cookies and certain marketing communications; and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including our CRM and scheduling platform, email and communications providers, hosting and infrastructure providers and analytics providers; with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; with parties to a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, should that ever occur; and with law enforcement or regulators where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Client data
When we build and operate AI agents, automations and integrations for a client, we may process personal information belonging to that client’s customers, patients or contacts. In those engagements the client is the controller of that information and ConsultAIConnect acts as a processor, handling the data only on the client’s documented instructions and under the terms of our agreement with them. If you are an individual with a question about how a particular business uses your information, please contact that business directly. This policy governs ConsultAIConnect’s own collection of information, not our clients’ practices.
Health information
Some of our clients are medical practices and aesthetic clinics whose systems may involve health information. Where an engagement involves such information, the specific obligations, safeguards and written agreements that apply are established in the services agreement for that engagement before any such data is processed. We do not collect health information about visitors through this website.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used in aggregate. Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site from working.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, for the duration of a client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards, and thereafter as required to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Enquiry records from prospects who do not become clients are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, encryption in transit and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; to object to or restrict certain processing; to request a portable copy; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, may need to verify your identity before acting, and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
International transfers
ConsultAIConnect operates from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred out of the UK, EU or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
This website and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
