Five steps from a first conversation to a live system.

No demo and no pitch. We start by understanding how your business actually runs, then propose, build, launch and keep optimising against that.

The process in detail

Free strategy call

Twenty minutes. We map how enquiries reach you today, what happens to each one, where the time is going and which systems you already run on. If this is not worth building for you, we will say so on this call.

  • What you will need: Twenty minutes, and a rough sense of your weekly enquiry and call volume.

Custom solution proposal

We put together exactly what gets built: which agents, which automations, which systems they connect to, and where the agent hands off to your team. Pricing is set here, once the work is understood.

  • What you will need: Whoever makes the decision, and access details for the systems we would connect.

Implementation

We build the agents, automations and integrations, grounded in your own content — service descriptions, policies, FAQs, intake scripts and aftercare material. Where that content does not exist yet, creating it is part of the work.

  • What you will need: Your existing content, and someone available to answer questions as we build.

Training and launch

Before anything goes live you review test conversations, including the awkward ones — the unhappy caller, the ambiguous request, the clinical question that must be routed. Then we launch and walk your team through handoffs, escalations and where records land.

  • What you will need: An hour to review test conversations, and a short team walkthrough.

Ongoing optimisation

Real conversations reveal gaps that no test does. We monitor what the agent is being asked, tighten the knowledge base, extend scope where it makes sense, and fix what needs fixing.

  • What you will need: Nothing. We come to you with what we are seeing.

Two things we will not do

Quote before we understand the work. A chat agent on a website and a voice agent wired into practice software with multi-step automation are different projects. A price before scoping is a guess dressed up as a number, and you would be right not to trust it.

Promise you a specific result. We describe what a system does, not what it will earn you. What you get out of it depends on your business, your market and how your team works alongside what we build. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed percentage has not seen your operation.
